1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your haha77 account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank), and over-the-counter channels such as 7-Eleven. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your haha77 account are legally obtained and belong to you. You must not use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities. haha77 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed identity verification if requested; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions; (c) you are withdrawing to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible; and (d) you comply with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits displayed on the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and security checks. haha77 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. 3.3 Fees and Charges

3.4 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for twelve (12) consecutive months, we reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 200 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower.
